Very beautiful! I'm going to Palawan next week - I would so love to see one of these!

May I ask about the camera, Massimo? Did you attach another lens to achieve this? Was it cropped from a larger image?

Ann :))

Hello Ann,
unfortunately i saw your message only now and so I think you are back from Palawan. My room was an Olympus Tough TG-4 (like yours) with its normal lens set on macro position. When i took this photo I was very near the worm (this is the gill of a "Christmas tree worm": I'm sure you've seen many of them), I know I did not need to crop. The "green flowers" you can see in the background are small corals covering the rock.
I hope you enjoyed Palawan: me and my wife love it.

hello Massimo!

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply! I have indeed returned from the Philippines! I very much enjoyed my stay there but didn't get to El Nido due to time constraints, so, in the end I saw very little idealise. Maybe I'll go back another time....

Ann :))
