Fantastico ed inaspettato incontro con questo raro abitante del Pantanal. Stavamo facendo ritorno al lodge dopo una camminata nella foresta all'alba, quando la nostra guida avvista proprio sul sentiero di ritorno il tamandua, intento a mangiare. Era talmente vicino che spesso con il 100-400 ho dovuto fare un passo indietro, come in questo caso, per riuscire a prenderlo tutto e non tagliargli le zampe. Agosto 2016, Pantanal zona Piuval
