Personalmente cerco di evitarli in fase di scatto come sicuramente sai fare te: doppio scatto, il secondo con la mano davanti al sole, poi unisco tutto in PS. Come hai detto tu "sbagliando si impara" e sicuramente la prossima volta presterai più attenzione. Per la cronaca, io in queste situazioni ci casco regolarmente, anche io come te, spesso guardo solo l'istogramma senza fare ingrandimenti su ingrandimenti per analizzare ogni parte del frame, poi mi trovo a dover cestinare scatti per questo problema...
Ad ogni modo Federico, il punto e il momento di ripresa meritano una seconda oppurtunità, sei ne hai la possibilità prova a tornarci  .

Per bilanciare l'esposizione ho usato dei filtri gnd sicuramente in questi casi la doppia esposizione è la
Soluzione migliore con lo scatto delle luci con il dito davanti al sole.
Rimane in post lo scoglio di unire le due esplosioni mi devo mettere di impegno e applicare.
Per tornare nella location non è un problema l'unica cosa è che il sole in quella posizione si ha nella 2-3
