Blue Hour, Financial District, London.
With the construction of the new 190m "Scalpel" building en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Scalpel (the link is English Wikipdedia) this small area is now getting very crowded!
The Lloyds building is lower left, the 'Gherkin' lower right. The sunset-lit cranes is where the Scalpel is being built. Originally shot as a vertical format, I rotated the image in all four possibilities and each worked quite well but ended up choosing this. |
