It is just a pretty picture.
For me the goal you achieved.
The image is pleasant, natural and well shot and shows all the important parts of the fungus for recognition.

But with these risotto we do?

Graze both.

ah ah Beppe, through them, are an excellent edible mushroom, although "their death" in my opinion are baked with potatoes .. slurrp .. and 'one of those 4 or 5 Russule (or doves in the jargon of many regions) good, which can be eaten in complete tranquility '.. if you want even raw in small amounts'.

Congratulations, you've reached your goal fully. Too bad you're far away, otherwise I would have loved to go for a walk in the woods with you.
