La Chiesa di Saint-Vincent rappresenta uno dei più importanti monumenti di arte sacra della Valle d'Aosta proprio per il suo ottimo stato di conservazione e per la presenza di reperti di altissimo valore storico e culturale. Edificata dai benedettini nell'XI secolo in stile romanico, fu oggetto di numerose trasformazioni architettoniche e di significativi restauri moderni. Essa è dedicata al Santo protettore della cittadina, San Vincenzo, sorge sulle strutture di un importante edificio romano e presenta molteplici motivi di interesse. Al suo interno si possono ammirare cicli pittorici di varie epoche, nonché un museo di arte sacra che raccoglie gli arredi provenienti dalle varie cappelle della Parrocchia. Tra i pezzi esposti compaiono esempi di arte religiosa di grande rarità e significato come la Madonna in trono con Bambino del '400, lo splendido San Maurizio di scuola germanica e vasi sacri, croci, reliquiari e paramenti ricamati in seta anteriori al 1553. Una menzione particole la merita poi la cripta, che è il più antico monumento medioevale di Saint-Vincent. I capitelli delle sue colonnine la daterebbero infatti al VII-VIII secolo, ma potrebbero provenire anche da un altro edificio ed essere stati reimpiegati nell'attuale cripta, che per linee architettoniche, sembrerebbe doversi datare a qualche secolo più tardi. Particolarmente significativo da un punto di vista storico ed architettonico è poi anche il Campanile della parrocchiale che, nella parte inferiore, potrebbe risalire al XII secolo.
