at 70mm, 1/60 f/11.0, ISO 200, hand held. Tarvisiano, Italy.

Scende eccezionalmente, in forre ombrose a microclima particolarmente freddo, sino a 900 metri. In Italia è presente soltanto in Friuli.

A tribute to nature's capacity to be able to create more beautiful things even in inaccessible areas.

Even behind the tough rind is a beating heart and a soul that shows a tender sensibility.
The tenacity and perseverance can make inroads even in the most impenetrable obstacles.
One picture, two images.

Thank you very much Richard for this unmerited recognition.
And 'Mother Nature the most amazing thing: create impenetrable flowers and at the same time teaches the ants that you have to make a small hole on the corolla so that this species can flourish and spread.
Happy August!
