In parte manual blending (non mi piace il TM di Photomatix su certe zone delle foto, ad es. sui cieli) e in parte Tone Mapping.
Concordo con il PP un pò spinto, infatti ne ho anche una versione più "leggera" e meno contrastata/saturata:

It Ansph82 is a slight tone mapping, 3 Raw.
In the manual blending (I do not like the TM Photomatix on certain areas of the picture, eg. Skies) and partly Tone Mapping.
I agree with the PP a little pushed, in fact I have a version "lighter" and less contrasted / saturated:
