About 4 hours using the bike trail on the valley floor (very welcome especially the way back!). With a backpack less load and avoiding to leave at 14 as I did but I think that in 3 and a half hours you can do. Circa 4 ore utilizzando la mtb sulla pista di fondovalle (molto gradita soprattutto al ritorno!).
