Ciao, i soggetti sono entrambi fuori fuoco quindi la foto non si può tenere (al di là dell'attrezzatura usata, che non è delle più adatte allo scopo )
A questo punto hai 3 possibilità:
1) la più semplice; mettere a fuoco il gruccione posato, chiudere a f10 (tanto alla Cona c'è sempre molta luce) e scattare a tempi di 1/1600s o 1/2000s (per me sono sufficienti) sperando che qualche altro soggetto compaia nella scena (ma non troppo distante dal posatoio, perché la pdc è ridotta...)
2) l'impossibile; mettere a fuoco un gruccione che, staccando dal posatoio, vola verso di te. Nemmeno il miglior AF riuscirebbe a centrarlo
3) osservare dove si posano i gruccioni; puntare esattamente quella parte del posatoio; f10 e t 1/1600s o 1/2000s; staccare l'occhio dal mirino; quando si vede il gruccione cha sta per atterrare: raffica!. Prova un po' di volte e vedrai che prima o poi uno a fuoco con le ali aperte in atterraggio lo trovi
