Mia moglie, posso garantirti che è un piatto estivo semplice e gradevolissimo, specie se accompagnato da una fetta di pane casareccio... cotto ovviamente col forno a legna.
Io ci abbino, quasi sempre, una bella salsiccia piccante/bistecca ai ferri.
Non a caso... devo fare un po' di dieta!

My wife, I can guarantee that it is a summer dish simple and pleasant, especially if accompanied by a slice of bread ... obviously cooked with wood oven.
I there I match, almost always, a nice spicy sausage / grilled steak. ;-)
