Grazie a tutti , purtroppo non conoscevo Thomas Shahan ma è veramente bravissimo , mi ispiro a lui solo per la barba  , per immobilizzare un insetto senza ucciderlo ci sono vari metodi .
Io lo catturo lo metto in un vasetto abbastanza grande e inserisco nel vasetto un barattolino con aceto nel quale metto mezzo cucchiaino di bicarbonato , poi chiudo il vasetto velocemente.
Per reazione chimica si forma anidride carbonica che satura il vasetto e praticamente ubriaca l' insetto e lo stordisce per qualche minuto , poi passata la sbronza se ne va.
Unico inconveniente , oltre alla puzza generata dalla reazione chimica , è che bisogna essere svelti perché l' effetto non dura moltissimo e il procedimento di acquisizione delle foto può essere molto lungo se non è tutto predisposto in precedenza.
