An interesting angle here, taking full advantage of the light and shadows. I really like the attention drawn to the number (like the sky, too!) I'll not be on Juza much tonight - have to be up at 4:30 ready for my flight! |

Thank you Ann - I was very close to the number and obviously then got the rest of it all in, as you can with very wideangles. Quite a pain too to convert as the far huts were dark blue, as was the sky I wanted to darken, if I wanted the sky dark, the huts went totally black and blocked, so some creative work had to be done there. No worries, I'm not staying up late myself and this is my posting for now and early tomorrow, so you won't miss anything. Safe flight! |

Oh, yes - I'm forever dropping filters down over the sky, or at an angle, or a radial filter, or....... to try to get the right intensity for different areas! Thanks! I'll not be posting another until I'm back in England. Catch up with you tomorrow! |

No filters other than the usual polariser Ann, all done in processing, as I said, it was fine in colour, just the black and white was trickier. What's a 'radial' filter when it's at home?? I thought that was a tyre! |

No! No filters in processing either! I have my own system, all done manually, which I think I can say is now fairly successful, so I think we will leave it at that!!!!! |

My internet bombed out and my comment disappeared when I was editing it! I meant filters in processing - sorry, I sometimes forget that you can't see what I'm thinking! :)) I use a radial filter in Lightroom - to make adjustments either inside or outside a selected area - I imagine you have something similar in whatever software you are using. I'll probably be posting an image in couple of days where it's fairly evident that I have used a radial filter. |

You've replied to my blank comment - how confusing! :) |

I did wonder, Ann, what happened to your comment. My reply is directly above and which still stands. I'll stay up for the update of the most popular in about half an hour then go straight to bed, so will wish you goodnight now. More rain here again tomorrow, so you'll feel right at home! |
