Thank you Ann - I was very close to the number and obviously then got the rest of it all in, as you can with very wideangles.
Quite a pain too to convert as the far huts were dark blue, as was the sky I wanted to darken, if I wanted the sky dark, the huts went totally black and blocked, so some creative work had to be done there.

Oh, yes - I'm forever dropping filters down over the sky, or at an angle, or a radial filter, or....... to try to get the right intensity for different areas!

No filters other than the usual polariser Ann, all done in processing, as I said, it was fine in colour, just the black and white was trickier. What's a 'radial' filter when it's at home?? I thought that was a tyre! |

I meant filters in processing - sorry, I sometimes forget that you can't see what I'm thinking! :))
I use a radial filter in Lightroom - to make adjustments either inside or outside a selected area - I imagine you have something similar in whatever software you are using. I'll probably be posting an image in couple of days where it's fairly evident that I have used a radial filter. |
