sì, quando andiamo in trekking mi porto dietro 5D più tre lenti (17-40, 24-105, 70-200) qualsiasi sia la meta.
Se capita che il percorso non sia particolarmente impegnativo, ci metto anche il cavalletto.
Oramai so che tra bevande, panini, pile, poncho, pila, maglie di ricambio, materiale fotografico, ecc. ho sempre 10 kg in più sulle spalle. 
Ma dalla foto del tuo avatar mi pare che anche tu non scherzi! 
Comunque sì, il paesaggio era straordinario.

yes, when we go hiking I carry around 5D plus three lenses (17-40, 24-105, 70-200) whatever the goal.
If it happens that the path is not particularly challenging, I'll even stand.
Now I know that between drinks, sandwiches, fleece, poncho, flashlight, spare links, photographs, etc.. I always have 10 pounds more on his shoulders. :-)
But the picture of your avatar seems to me that you are not joking! ;-)

Ciao Rusti,
non faccio scalate ma trekking. Il sentiero per arrivare al Pisciadù è in parte attrezzato (cordini, appigli artificiali) mentre l'ultimo pezzo per arrivare in vetta è un Primo Grado: a parte il tratto che ho fotografato, un pelo esposto, si è sempre all'interno della cresta e quindi si procede senza grandi patemi. Bisogna solo fare attenzione.

I'm not climbing but trekking. The path to get to Pisciadù is partly furnished (slings, artificial handholds), while the last piece to get to the top is a First Grade: apart from the section that I photographed, a hair above it was always within the ridge and then proceed without major worries. You just have to be careful.

forse un pelo troppo recuperate le ombre del primissimo piano, avrei dato qualche cm in più al cielo per dare più respiro allo scatto. Il punto di ripresa mi piace molto, sembra di essere lì
perhaps a bit too retrieved the shadows of the foreground, I would have given a few cm more to the sky to give some relief to the next step. The resume point I really like, it seems to be there ;-)

Nella composizione, mantenendo il formato dei due terzi, ho cercato di dare una cornice in basso (le rocce scure del primo piano per dare profondità) e di prendere la diagonale al vertice in alto a destra.

In the composition, keeping the size of two-thirds, I tried to give a frame at the bottom (the dark rocks of the foreground to give depth) and take the diagonal to the upper-right corner.

Beh condividiamo il peso dello zaino, anch'io in trekking/escursioni, talvolta anche scalate mi porto esattamente la stessa attrezzatura, qualche volta anche il treppiede.. si fa fatica ma secondo me ne vale la pena!

Well share the weight of the backpack, I in trekking / hiking, climbing sometimes I carry exactly the same equipment, sometimes a tripod .. it is hard but I think it's worth it! ;-)

Sullo zaino siamo ovviamente d'accordo: la fatica c'è ma poi viene ricompensata dalla bellezza dei luoghi ritratti. Certo che quando c'è la possibilità di portare meno peso, tutto sommato non dispiace. Facessero delle mirrorless con la stessa qualità delle reflex e ottiche di pari valore, un pensierino al cambio di corredo ce lo farei.

On the backpack we obviously agree: but then there is the effort is rewarded by the beauty of the places portrayed. Of course when it is possible to carry less weight, after all do not mind. Did with the same quality of mirrorless SLRs and lenses of equal value, a little thought to the change of outfit we would.

Sulle luci: il problema è che bisognerebbe avere un monitor calibrato, perché nel mio sono perfette, nell'istogramma dello scatto anche, però se lo guardo da altri monitor di altri PC a volte la resa c'è e in altri casi invece le luci sono al pelo per non dire di più.

The lights: the problem is that we should have a calibrated monitor, because in my are perfect, the histogram of the shot also, but if I look at it from other monitors of other computers sometimes made there and in other cases the lights are the hair to say the least.
