Si sono alla massima risoluzione e uso jpeg per non riempire il disco; non uso i raw perché per ottenere gli stessi risultati ( o migliori ) dovrei svilupparli con Olympus Viewer che impiega fino a 20 sec per foto.

Io considerai Zerene Stacker il migliore, nel tempo ho fatto vari upgrade e oggi ho la licenza per la versione pro, ma la versione base offre praticamente le stesse caratteristiche della pro. Il programma è un po' pesante per il computer e avere hardware prestante velocizza molto, in ogni caso meglio avere molta RAM. Sono sicuro che nella meccanica sei più bravo di me e che ti divertirai nella costruzione del tuo "setup" ( se cerchi "setup macro" in internet troverai tante soluzioni ); non so come sia la tua base da microscopio, ma è considerata l'opzione migliore, almeno per forti ingrandimenti.
