, tripod. Etna, Italy.

Beautiful image that, in addition to being a pleasure for the eyes, allows the knowledge of these places so attractive.
Congratulations for the shot

There go nuts to take pictures in the midst of the spectacle of color and forme.Sono years that convinced me to visit these places but every time I invent some excuse not to.
may I ask what exact period there are these blooms? is a picture of these days?

photographically, backlight is wonderful but for my taste a trimmed down gliel'avrei date.
compliments

A wonderful photograph that conveys the beauty of these wild flowers that live in a very difficult environment. Thanks for your comprehensive explanation.

Great backlit ... essences to which they are bound and which in time gave me beautiful photographic ideas ...
Interesting caption which suggest to place Rumex aetnensis (Romice Etna). Shrub with characteristic as tiny red flowers that "fiery" in controsole.
Plant which also stands in more 'points in the composition of your shot ...

I appreciate all your work and I thank you.
You are many and to avoid spam or just prefer to say thanks, but sentitissimo, thanks to each of you.

I answer Commissario71: the period to admire this show is just that, the photo I took it days ago. Regarding the 'trimmed' I have composed so right to leave a minute space for the signature ;-) I did not want it overlapped with flowers.

Andrea Musina, thanks for the tip :-)
Hasten to add the Rumex aetnensis that in fact had escaped me.

Hello everyone!
Nicholas
