Impeccable black and white, a "hint" to the top right light balance from a high-level composition, the bowed head of the subject that makes you think ....
What about .... congratulations !!

Hello Franco, forgive me if I ask why you decided not to hide the dish on the roof and to hold high the lights on the facade below, as if to further emphasize this. As you know I'm a big admirer and reflect on your indications it is for me a great help!
Best wishes, Massimo

... And if they were two signs of the times?
A parable (a metaphor for globalization, unbridled individualism, uncertainty, chaos) and a sundial (litmus test of a society made up of men and built on relationships and reciprocity).
The silhouette (probably a young woman) seems to be going in the same direction indicated by the arrow of the sundial, towards a new dawn. A journey into the past.

Apart from this banal and reductive interpretation, it is worth highlighting the high quality of the work.
Ladies and gentlemen, Jeronim.

Cumulative My thanks to all of you who have left the wonderful comments and to those who have pressed the button "I like it."

@Lunademiel And Domenicoda
Your interpretations are interesting and a great satisfaction for me. You were too good!
An extra thanks to you!

@ Max73
The image has several symbolic elements, and, as he wrote Wainer, even metaphysical. The parable draws an artificial moon and, in my opinion, gives balance to the composition by increasing the elements of interest and contrast to the many straight lines, triangles etc. Moreover, as he wrote Domenicoda, contrasts between the old (the sundial) and the modern. Almost never, finally, in my urban images I exclude items such as electric cables, antennas etc.

Greetings to everyone.

I agree on your examination. I, like you, I conceive photography even as a film. I do not like to clone, too easy .... always very good Franco!

Apprezzabile scrissi ieri.

Complimenti
Ciao, Luca
