Ciao

Beautiful subject and setting, good composition.
I see you've worked well on the colors, you're making great progress.
But I have to share what was stated by Henry for whites,
you must be careful in shooting and in post-production to keep the detail
of the subject.
Overall, a good photograph. ;-)

Good components that emphasizes the natural environment. The plumage of the egret is too sparoso, lacks detail.
(Maybe a little dodging '.....)

Ciao Andrea,
Ciao

Hello Andrea,
I avoid always shoot at ISO 1000 .. in particular cases there may also be, here you have lost a little detail that was already given the equipment that forces you to always post ... I honestly do not know if using the same equipment I could do better 8-), if you think the bird is a picture of your area of ??interest you have (Schei allowing ;-)) acquire something more powerful at the level of the lens. In this type of photography is indispensable ;-)
Then you can also talk about PP and other amenities:-D
