Black Kite (Milvus migrans) can be understood mainly from the ends of the wings, plus a "halo" than those of a normal falcon. img2.juzaphoto.com/001/shared_files/uploads/950935_m.jpg

Thanks Alex my only doubt was only the color that I saw very dark to the naked eye and it looked almost black against the light and it was for me the first time I've seen, I hope to return and see if it returns. ;-)

Thanks Lambros of information and advice, so I like that when I'm with my wife to take walks in the car I often spot various types of hawks and she tells me: you are sharpening the view but how do you like them?
Now I have become my obsession and will not give up 'easily.
Hi Massimo ;-)

Ok, you've contracted the rapacité too. Watch out just how much you drive, you will instinctively look up to see what is that dot at the top, the car following you strombazzerà fiercely with the horn. I am lucky and I solved the problem, it is my wife that observes and while I drive says to me is real, it's a kestrel, a buzzard is in dark stage ...
And 'it becomes better than me. For identification purposes, a tip: procured the useful tables on the sun silhouettes in black. Without being distracted by colors and details, at first just the shape and size (swallowtail, fan-shaped tail, pointed wings, wings with "fingers" at the ends, etc.). If you can not find a good table you a whistle and send thee.
Hello, Lambros
