Il castello di Grinzane Cavour è un'imponente fortificazione situata a Grinzane Cavour in provincia di Cuneo, le notizie sulle sue origini e sulla data di costruzione sono estremamente scarse. Viene situata approssimativamente nel XIII secolo, mentre la costruzione della torre viene indicata intorno all'anno 1350. Il resto dell'imponente struttura è stata successivamente aggiunta dando all'insieme un'impronta di struttura unitaria, forte e armoniosa. Nel Quattrocento il castello e i circostanti terreni appartenevano al marchese di Busca, poi passò di mano a numerosi proprietari dei quali non restano che poche notizie finché, nell'Ottocento il castello ospitò per quasi vent'anni Camillo Benso Conte di Cavour il quale vi giunse nel 1830, ospite degli zii. Dal 2014 è il Castello è patrimonio mondiale dell'umanità UNESCO, ben conservato, si presenta come un imponente edificio a pianta rettangolare con un poderoso mastio, che occupa tutta un'ala, ed una fabbrica a "U" ornata da una serie di torrette: due quadrate e due, esterne e pensili, a pianta rotonda. Molte finestre si aprono sulle facciate principali ad est e ad ovest, due sole sulla facciata a nord, mentre nel versante a sud sono numerose e ordinatamente allineate su tre piani.
