Nottata quieta, quasi troppo silenziosa. Esco in strada, un leggero vento fresco risveglia lo spirito d'avventura, ma è troppo buio per inerpicarsi lungo i sentieri delle montagne intorno. Mi incammino, tranquillo, per le vie del centro storico di Avellino, città fin troppo moderna, fin troppo derubata del suo passato. Cielo nero, qualche auto che scorre rumorosa sui sampietrini, la guardo, la Fontana di Bellerofonte, da tutti conosciuta come "'A Fontana de'i tre cannuoli", per le sue tre bocche da cui scorre l'acqua nella vasca antica, e mi vien voglia di scattare.
