secondo me se è un tentativo di panning non è propriamente riuscito, ci fosse stato il muso a fuoco e non mosso sarebbe stato diverso, vista la curva avrebbe dato un bell'effetto, sensazione di velocità. Qui purtroppo è lo sportello posteriore ad essere la parte migliore e quindi a mio modo di vedere le cose penalizza
I think it is an attempt to panning is not properly managed, there was the nose in focus and not moved it would be different, given the curve would give a nice, sense of speed. il panning dietro è bello ma 1/30 era troppo poco avrei optato per 1/100 perchè mi sembra che viaggiassero bene in quel punto

Sarà un panning non riuscito, un mosso cercato, o un mosso sfuggito di mano? 
Io personalmente, con questa specifica inquadratura, ritengo riuscito una foto mossa "creativa" nel momento in cui a fuoco è la parte della portiera anteriore (con gli occupanti dentro la vettura) e/o una parte del muso.
Ma dopo aver letto innumerevoli discussioni in merito ritengo che ognuno la pensi un pò a modo suo su questa faccenda

I personally, with this particular shot, I managed a blurred picture "creative" when focus is part of the front door (with the occupants inside the car) and / or a part of the face.

Anche se non è perfetta...a mio parere hai ottenuto una bellissima foto...rende proprio l'idea della velocità!!!!
La prossima volta prova ad abbassare il tempo a 1/50-1/60 vedrai che ti è più facile ottenere la macchina nitida
