Natural History Museum: Through the Bulging Window... sent on June 06, 2016 (15:11) by Timk2. 29 comments, 1866 views. [retina]

, 1/10 f/10.0, ISO 800, hand held. London, United Kingdom.

....of the Natural History Museum. Shot (with considerable difficulty) from within another room with exhibits in cabinets and SO many people pushing up against me to get past, this was a nightmare to try and get straight-on and true. The lower glass part is very heavily darkened, though whilst you had it framed, you then became very aware of what was going on beyond - a face would suddenly loom just the other side - they wouldn't have been able to see you. Considerable depth of field was required also. I did up the warmer colours in the glass though as it was a dull day and they looked very flat otherwise. #Fisheye

A cleverly taken shot, Tim - most interesting and unusual! Loving that bulbous stained glass window :)
