Mom Oriole at work sent on May 31, 2016 (16:57) by Roywolf. 18 comments, 1920 views.

For several days by Google it has been targeted by some birders who want to banish the photos to the nest ... my position on this is very clear and it is also written in the JuzaPhoto Regulation: "You can publish photos to the nest; obviously the photos must be taken iN RESPECT oF tHE sUBJECT aND tHE LAW (in some regions and for some species these photos are not permitted because they might seriously disturb the subject, of course, before embarking on this kind of photos Know exactly!). for the rest, that is always the rule of respect of the subject, but THIS IS FOR ANY PHOTOS, NOT ONLY FOR THOSE TO nESTS, SO THAT SHOULD NOT BE 'demonized'.

The Emanuele speech legally does not bat an eyelid and I understand the clappers to do are molte.però is no doubt that as photographers we are increasingly mapvisti by birdwatcher and C so that an effort should do it but I speak for all of us, not only Emanuele.
In principle, I'm sure he used every precaution Roywolf
but I agree with Fabio for emulation risk.
A nest you can bring once even half a meter.
It does not happen every day nulla.ma if there are 3 or 4 photographers is inevitably left (if it is a species sensitive to human presence)

as highlighted in the commentary of the photos I cared very much the appearance of the safety of the nest, but I point out that in this particular situation the oriole has made a nest around 7 meters vertically above a driveway where often pass many people finding themselves in a public park , and I have seen many times kids play or run them under their own without the bird involasse.
I understand that maybe someone might worry about emulators & c. but I assure you that I am assuming that first of all there is the respect for nature, I love.
basically just look at my galleries, practically shooting only to animals, and photography is just an excuse to spend some time visiting these beautiful animals.
for what concerns the quality of the picture, not everyone can be good .....
thank you.

@Fabio Gnoni birdwatcher
"And to finish I would say that the static pose of this Oriole male does not say anything"

I can assure you that it is a FEMALE, to prove I also photos of her while approaching the nest.

Especially beautiful and elusive, very, very difficult to photograph
Usually nests at heights on plants, this makes it almost teasels infotografabile to the nest, much simpler and easier to photograph and appostarlo on a cherry or a fig tree which is greedy

Roywolf (unfortunately I do not know what your name) the male is yellow and black, and even if the photo is not very good this is perceived very well ...

I confirm the two pictures, the distinction is obvious ... but rest in doubt for this to the nest because you feel a lot more yellow ....

ps: I am prepared to insist only if you win something, otherwise if you have the certainty that's okay .. the rest of the photo is what it is .... ;-)

@Fabio Gnoni by accident a couple of months ago it was the oasis of white bank, from your first post I seemed to recognize the arrogance.
