Empty Drinking Glass on the Wire Mesh Table sent on May 31, 2016 (16:40) by Timk2. 43 comments, 2152 views. [retina]

at 85mm, 1/200 f/22.0, ISO 320, hand held.

Whilst visiting my friend late yesterday afternoon and we sat in his garden, the sun came out and glinted through this empty drinking glass. He then had to make a phone call so I soon got bored and looked for subjects to photograph. His lovely flowers? NO! But as he had kindly lent me a small amount of money to purchase this new (er) camera, I think he was quietly impressed how I had turned a really mundane subject into something potentially arty. A few minutes later, his wife cleared the table and with it, my subject! #BlackAndWhite
