Si potrebbe croppare un poco la foto tagliando in alto e a dx per dare maggior risalto al soggetto e poi con una maschera sfocare maggiormente lo sfondo dove nelle parti più scure il rumore si fa notare troppo.
Ultima cosa, un poco di AC cyan da eliminare (basta il riduci disturbo), la si vede sui bordi del bianco del gallo.
