Just edited an 'opposite' real beauty but don't want to upload it yet.
It was a gloriously warm day but being dressed in shorts for such is not good when the cool breeze picked up - one thing about going everywhere with a rucksack, carrying trousers and such for when the cold comes - clothes are bulky, I cannot leave them in a car, or a hotel after all. Later in summer, it's often warm well into the night but it got pretty cold and whilst there was a sunset, it soon clouded over after.
Last bus back is 20.10, on Fri's and Sat's there's one other at 23.00 - that's an awful long time to wait and get cold in, especially if you don't go pubbing etc and there are some unsavoury idiots around Bournemouth at weekends - if you've got a camera then you're a rich tourist etc, so today I got the 20.10 back home. But I enjoyed the sunshine, after my quite long walk last night (about 12 kms) it was just nice to relax a little. There'll be more Bournemouth opportunities throughout the summer, after all. |
