Pollenzo (Cn) - Il Borgo di Pollenzo, frazione di Bra, venne completamente ristrutturato fra il 1832 ed 1848 dal Re Carlo Alberto di Savoia. Nella grande corte chiamata “Agenzia di Pollenzo” trovavano alloggio i lavoranti dell'estesa tenuta reale, vi erano le stalle e venivano conservati gli attrezzi ed i prodotti agricoli. Adiacente all'Agenzia fu costruita la chiesa di San Vittore in stile neogotico. Oggi il complesso è sede dell'Università di Scienze Gastronomiche e della Banca del Vino.
