Mostly because it was such a difference to the quaint sleepy Salisbury I was brought up in and which really pushed me and the equipment - even the choice of using just two fixed lenses turned out to be a good one - for a start, compared to short zooms, a deeper lenshood to keep rainspots off the front element. Knowing I could post them up here and get some viewers was an obvious boost too. If you read my 'about' I said right from the start that I wanted to move into street shots more. |
