Vi racconto una storia: Ieri sera sul tardi ricevo una telefonata, era la rappresentante d'istituto del liceo artistico di Potenza. Aveva bisogno di qualcuno che potesse tenere un whorkshop (ma chi, io!?!??!) durante la loro assemblea d'istituto organizzata in vari laboratori. Ho provato a spiegarle che forse non era il caso.. la mia è una passione, non un lavoro! Non mi ritengo un esperto, ma lei niente, non ha voluto sentire ragioni. Mi ha pregato talmente tanto che ho dovuto accettare. Questa mattina ero abbastanza impaziente di arrivare a scuola, non avevo mai fatto una cosa del genere e non sapevo in che tipo di realtà mi sarei ritrovato. Arrivo, mi siedo dietro la cattedra, avanti a me ci sono una ventina di ragazzi tra i 16 e i 19 anni. Un po' imbarazzato inizio a parlare di qualche elemento teorico base (ISO, diaframmi, tempi). Qualcuno sembra interessato, altri giocano al cellulare.. decido allora di cambiare modalità. Interagisco con loro, cerco di semplificare il discorso il più possibile, cerco di immedesimarmi nel loro stile di vita, il quale risulta essere molto ma molto diverso dal mio nonostante ci siano relativamente pochi anni di differenza. Sembra funzionare, iniziano a fare domande, mi raccontano le loro esperienze, alcuni mi dicono di non aver mai preso in mano una macchina fotografica. Fortunatamente avevo dietro parte della mia attrezzatura e una volta lasciata nelle loro mani nessuno ha avuto più timore di provare, chiedere, fotografare! Abbiamo passato circa tre ore a chiacchierare di fotografia, composizione, luce, colori, tipologia di scatto etc, ma anche delle loro abitudini, di come provare ad indirizzarle verso questa passione o verso qualunque altro hobby. E' stato bello tornare negli ambienti scolastici. Ho visto tanti ragazzi volenterosi di imparare ma soprattutto di divertirsi! Spero di non avervi annoiato, ecco quattro ragazzi di questa mattina :)
