URBEX 1.4.4 :Siamo in Valsassina e precisamente a Bindo frazione di Cortenova(LC),qui troviamo "Villa de Vecchi" conosciuta anche come "La Casa Rossa","La Casa dei Fantasmi" o "La Casa delle Streghe",fatta costruire da Conte Felice de Vecchi capo della Guardia Nazionale che partecipò alle "5 Giornate di Milano".Da decenni in stato di abbandono di ristrutturazione non se ne parla per il rischio idrogeologico molto alto della zona. Adiacente la Villa Troviamo La casa del custode in pessimo stato e in parte crollata. La Villa è di proprietà delle acciaierie "Officine Melesi" di Cortenova che l'ha recintata con rete metallica per impedirne l'ingresso vista la precarietà della struttura. #urbex #abbandono
