Trattasi di uccello dichiarato in via d'estinzione. Dedico questa galleria interamente all'Ibis eremita. Durante la migrazione primaverile di ritorno di tre soggetti sono riuscito a scattare queste fotografie dietro il bosco della Mesola in un campo coltivato ad asparagi dove gli Ibis si stavano nutrendo. I soggetti partiti da Orbetello dove svernano erano diretti In Austria nel luogo di riproduzione.
