Trattasi di "Francesco" L'Ibis eremita cosi denominato dagli studiosi e collaboratori del progetto " Reason for hope" i quali stanno tentando la reintroduzione dell'Ibis eremita nel nostro continente. Trattasi di uccello dichiarato in via d'estinzione. Dedico questa galleria interamente all'Ibis eremita. Durante la migrazione primaverile di ritorno di tre soggetti sono riuscito a scattare queste fotografie dietro il bosco della Mesola in un campo coltivato ad asparagi dove gli Ibis si stavano nutrendo. I soggetti partiti da Orbetello dove svernano erano diretti In Austria nel luogo di riproduzione. Vanno quindi i più Doverosi Complimenti da parte di tutti a tutti gli studiosi e collaboratori del progetto in atto.

Si anche io avevo avvisato gli studiosi di Waldrapp.
Riescono a seguirli costantemente con un sistema di inseguimento che funziona con rete GSM(salvo guasto del GPS).
Partono da Orbetello dove svernano per tornare in primavera in Austria o in Baviera negli allevamenti dove sono nati.
