Congratulations, very nice and nice detail seen optics. I ask an info: but there is the problem that the mirror, when he gets up in the shot, touches the optical ??? I ask this because I have it I also zenith and seems to make a strange noise: - /: - /
PS: title guessed ;-)

Thank you so much Mark for the compliments! : - | :-)

To my knowledge, Nikon has a draw among the highest, and consequently, I believe that the mirror remains well away from the target (perhaps it is not a consequence of some of the draft, but surely the distances are greater than in other cameras). Of course, the net I read that this problem occurs with some FF Canon. Nikon I've never read anything like it. So I'd be quiet ;-)

To remove any doubt you can always measure the length between the front doublet lens and adapter by putting the lens focus to infinity and see if it is greater (doubt) of the bayonet-mirror! :-D

I also I congratulate you for the whole series.
I saw that you used an extension set, can you tell me that you used to reach this length magnification?
Thanks in advance.
