Chi non riconosce la cantilena di questo Picide!! Sembra un lamento ma la dice lunga sulle abitudini di questo meraviglioso uccellino che a prima vista sembra grigio ma se il nostro teleobiettivo fa il suo dovere ci fa scoprire una gamma di colori e dettagli del suo piumaggio...Inoltre è utilissimo all'agricoltura perchè con la sua lingua lunghissima è capace di catturare migliaia di formiche al giorno. Purtroppo i pesticidi e gli anticrittogamici sono armi a doppio taglio che finiscono per ferirne la specie. Per fortuna che è ancora numeroso ma non si sà quanto durerà.... preferite la versione HD .. crop on camera
