La colazione di Pasqua è una tradizione che a casa di mio padre ancora non si è persa, io partecipo a questa tradizione sempre, già so che sarà una di quelle cose che andranno perse. Si riunisce tutta la famiglia, la mattina prima della messa Pasquale, si mangiano uova sode, capocollo, lonza, salsicce secche con la pizza di formaggio; la frittata pasquale è qualcosa di unico, fatta con tutte le erbe spontanee di questo periodo, con asparagi, carciofi e pezzi di salsiccia secca, alta e cremosa; di certo non puo' mancare la classica coratella di agnello tutto accompagnato da del buon vino. Poi si conclude il tutto con la pizza dolce, la colomba e la cioccolata.
