ISO 100, hand held. Schignano, Italy.

Ciao,Alessandro.

Hello Raimondo.Per First, thanks for visiting and commento. No, there is simply nothing misterioso.È a carnival of Schignano mask, in Val d'Intelvi, maybe you know, that the owner had removed momentarily, to go to wet their beaks, say così.Se you notice, is resting on the edge of a basket, also part of the mask, and it took them over, as a joke, I think, a legitimate owner is berretto.Il He came back a little later, and recovered everything, at least until the next break.
Hello, Alexander.

Sei spesso in Val d'Intelvi ???
Buona serata, Raimondo

The Val d'Intelvi know because there lives my father, but the mask did not know her.
Are you often in Val d'Intelvi ???
Good evening, Raimondo

Unfortunately now I attend most not as it once was, but by the mid-80s until 2000 I was a regular, especially in Schignano.Ora not, for several reasons. Schignano, with its carnival, has the typical masks, like those of Bej, or ones, always in wood, but more rustic of Brutt, symbolizing the rich (Bej) and the poor (Brutt) .I have another image of the Carnival, in the other gallery, with the boys lying down to rest a little, with masks to collo.Ho nearly 200 gives two editions of the Carnival, 80 years, and this is one of quelle.Spesso, dates falling in mid-February, and there is no snow to complicate matters, like last year, which despite falling dates in early March, the snow put us a hand.

Hi Mario, you're very kind. By spinning the starter with the gerla behind and the mask with the hat leaning over, I tried the shot. Then I connected the nearby bar, crowded, with the mask owner. Right hypothesis, since it came out Shortly thereafter, he was put on mask and hat and away.
A greeting, Alexander.

Hello Mauro, thank you for the comment. Now it has become almost a cult, the Carnival of Schignano, thanks also to Davide van de sfroos, and going there today is a half-enterprise. Here we are in 1987, a life ago, almost.
A greeting,Alexander.

A beautiful mask leaning that you have well caught and with your shot and you have enhanced. Afterwards you have explained the events of this fascinating carnival.

Thank you,Alessandro, for the visit and the comment. Initially I had thought to publish the photo entirely, with all the gerla and the moped to which it was leaning, but then I thought that there were too many elements present, and there was no no no point. You know, Carnival is thirsty, even though it's mid-February. :-) :-) ;-)
A greeting,Alessanfro.
