Saró diretto, parli di 50cm e diaframma f4, io ero ad f2.8 e molto píú vicino, non conosci l?angolazione di ripresa e le dimensioni del fiore.Ho provato anche io a calcolare ad f2.8 e a 36cm di distanza (giá piú credibile), l profonditá di campo é di soli 0.5mm e non 18 volte tanto come riportato da te www.photopills.com/calculators/dof-macro.Ero su cavalletto e volevo solo la punta dei pistilli a fuoco, non tutto.Piú che fortunata direi pensata ma pensala come preferisci.
