Ho voluto rappresentare attraverso le mie fotografie l'esperienza più profonda e intima per la donna, il rapporto genitore-figlio che inizia già nei primi mesi e durerà tutta la vita. Attraverso un gioco di luci molto particolare e con l'utilizzo di alcune tecniche di illuminazione caratteristiche ho cercato di enfatizzare le emozioni dell'attesa e ciò che la gravidanza rappresenta per la donna, vertendo l'intero servizio fotografico sul significato intrinseco del rapporto madre/figlio e sull'esclusività di questo legame, da sempre il più profondo che esista.
