Una scena incredibile, che mai mi sarei sognato di poter vedere dal vivo... forse l'incontro naturalistico più emozionante di sempre!! Una mamma ghepardo con i suoi 4 cuccioli di 1 mese. Ancora nascosti nei cespugli e quasi invisibili... finché la mamma si allontana e il più intraprendente dei fratelli esce allo scoperto!! Sicuramente una delle prime volte della sua vita!! Subito anche i tre fratellini lo seguono e si scatena una mezz'ora indimenticabile!! La mamma che inizia a recuperarli, a trasportarli in un luogo sicuro... uno in bocca, due la seguono, un altro rimane indietro e inizia a chiamarla, con il suo leggero gemito che assomiglia più ad un uccellino che un felino. La mamma allora cerca il piccolo che è rimasto indietro, a circa 50m, li raduna nuovamente, fino a che tutti e 4 sono di nuovo insieme. Nel frattempo comincia a piovere, la mamma avvicina i cuccioli per tenerli vicino a se e scaldarli, asciugarli e coccolarli!! Una scena eccezionale, commovente come capita poche volte nella vita!!! Ho avuto la fortuna e il grande privilegio di assistere in prima persona a questo spettacolo... a questo documentario! Un momento che vale da solo un intero viaggio, e forse anche di più! Questo scatto è l'immagine che da origine a tutto! La mamma volta le spalle al piccolo che esce correndo come una piccola scheggia!! L'emozione era tanta, da far fatica persino a scattare, per paura di perdersi il momento guardandolo da dietro l'obiettivo... Run baby run!! Vi auguro di riuscire ad affrontare la vita difficile di questi primi mesi e raggiungere l'età adulta, e magari un giorno ci rincontreremo!! Tanzania Marzo 2016
