Vista sull'imponente sbarramento sul Fiume Po, la Diga Serafini, che serve per creare un'invaso a bacino per alimentare la Centrale Idroelettrica Carlo Bobbio di ENELGREENPOWER, oggi la piu' potente delle centrali ad acqua fluente in Italia. Lo sbarramento della Diga Serafini e' composto da un'imponente struttura in calcestruzzo situata sul fiume Po tra Piacenza e Cremona, è stata realizzata negli anni '60 con uno sbarramento a traversa mobile che forma un'invaso a bacino di 12km di sviluppo, poco piu' a monte della confluenza con il Fiume Adda.
