E' uno degli edifici idraulici meglio conservati, formato da 5 conche a sesto ribassato con le porte vinciane e le paratie ancora funzionanti, secondo la tecnica di apertura e chiusura automatica su pressione dell'acqua. La costruzione è in laterizio e disposta su due piani; la denominazione di torre indica una funzione, oltre che idraulica, anche difensiva. Il tetto in legno, è a padiglione. Dall'argine del Canal Bianco si può godere un'ottima vista degli scanni e della foce del Po di Volano .
