Ciao Samu, come ti ha già spiegato Claudio, il crop è il taglio dell'immagine;Io vado un pò più sul tecnico, spero ti possa interessare;
con photoshop usi lo strumento taglierina (control c) e tagli ricalibrando l'inquadratura. Sempre con photoshop puoi anche raddrizzare la foto in modo che l'orizzonte sia dritto (crei una copia del livello, vai in modifica, trasforma, ruota immagine (oppure -control t-)

Hello Samu, as you have already explained Claudio, the crop is the picture cut; I'm going a little more technical, I hope you might be interested;
with photoshop you use the Crop tool (control c) and recalibrating the shot cuts. Always with photoshop you can also straighten the photo so that the horizon is straight (make a copy of the level and go to change, transform, rotate picture (or -control t-)
