Si tratta di un complesso residenziale di tipo turistico affacciato sulla splendida spiaggia di Isola delle Femmine-Capaci. Al suo interno la struttura ha ospitato decine e decine di famiglie fino ai primi anni '80. La struttura è stata totalmente abbandonata e lasciata al suo destino...i vandali e sciacalli hanno fatto il resto.
