Grazie del graditissimo commento Rob ! In realtà non sapevo neppure io che questo laghetto esistesse sino a qualche settimana fa. Si può raggiungere o dal Parco Morselli a Gavirate (salendo sempre e tenendo la destra dove non ci sono indicazioni) oppure da Chignolo (sopra Comerio) prendendo il sentiero 11 e, poi, la deviazione che porta al laghetto (questa strada è più in piano fatta eccezione per la salita a Chignolo che, però, credo si possa fare in auto).

Thanks for the very welcome comments Rob! Actually I did not even know that this lake existed until a few weeks ago. You can reach or Morselli Park in Gavirate (always going up and keeping to the right where there are no signs) or from Chignolo (above Comerio) taking the path 11 and, then, the detour that leads to the pond (this road is flat except for the climb in Chignolo that, though, I think you can do by car).

Consolati, dopo la scarpinata la mia trocanterite si sta facendo sentire un poco !

Pensa che questo laghetto l'ha scoperto mia moglie che, però, non è riuscita ad arrivarci a causa di un bivio non segnalato. Io ed il mio amico Roberto, in una battuta di "caccia fotografica" di pochi giorni dopo, abbiamo avuto più fortuna !
Ci tornerò quest'estate o, magari, in primavera avanzata, quando tutto sarà più verde.
Certo che se le rane vanno lì a riprodursi, il loro gracidio toglierà un po' di pace al luogo, ma ...

Do you think this pond found out that my wife, however, was unable to get there due to a crossroads not reported. I and my friend Roberto, in a joke "photo hunting" a few days later, we had more luck! 8-)
We will be back this summer or maybe in late spring, when everything is greener.
Certain that if the frogs go there to breed, their croaking take away a bit 'of peace to the place, but ...
