L'altare è opera settecentesca dei fratelli Ignazio e Filippo Collino; il crocifisso ligneo fu realizzato da Francesco Borello. Di grande effetto plastico sono le due statue marmoree di santa Cristina e santa Teresa, eseguite a Roma nel 1715 dal grande scultore parigino Pierre Legros. È qui custodito il Sacramento dell'Eucarestia. La cappella è sovrastata dalla grandiosa orchestra dorata scolpita nel 1714. L'attuale organo fu realizzato nel 1874 dai famosi organisti piemontesi Vegezzi-Bossi ed è uno dei più grandiosi organi di Torino.
