Guido, se ti riferisci a tutte le gallerie Sicilia, temo che se non resti almeno un mese non riuscirai a vederne neanche il 50% di quei posti 
Scherzi a parte, abbracciano una porzione molto ampia e alcuni di essi non sono affatto facilmente raggiungibili. Nello specifico molte sono scattate nella zona etnea, nelle campagne dell'entroterra, c'è anche la zona agrigentina. Ripeto, sono posti sparsi prevalentemente nella parte centro/orientale dell'isola. Ti consiglio di pianificare una determinata zona e fare bene quella, altrimenti finisce che non ti godi nulla.
C'è veramente l'imbarazzo della scelta e da questo punto di vista la Sicilia offre una infinità di posti da vedere.
