Già Sala del Trono del re Vittorio Amedeo II e denominata Sala delle Grazie, fu destinata in epoca carloalbertina al trono della regina Maria Teresa d'Asburgo Lorena. Durante il regno di Umberto I, assunse la denominazione di Sala dei Medaglioni per via degli ovali marmorei collocati alle pareti. Dell'allestimento seicentesco rimane la volta lignea intagliata e dorata. impreziosita dalla tela centrale di Jan Miel. Il trionfo delle Grazie, raffigurante Venere Eunomia con le Grazie ossia la Venere delle buone leggi. Nei riquadri laterali sono le allegorie della Bellezza, della Modestia, della Giovialità e della Grazia del parlare, attribuite a Bartolomeo Caravoglia e a Luca Demaret. La decorazione parietale, di gusto neobarocco, risale a fine '800 e riflette il gusto della regina Margherita. Realizzata su progetto dell'architetto regio Emilio Stramucci, si compone di motivi dipinti a tempera e rilievi in stucco che includono sovrapporte a specchi con ornati floreali e quattro medaglioni più antichi scolpiti da Simone Martinez per la settecentesca Galleria Beaumont.
