Ciao Eru, beautiful flight picture of this North American raptor! I think that this specimen is a Red-Tailed Hawk (Buteo Jamaicensis) rather than a Red-Shouldered Hawk (Buteo Lineatus). It can be a challenge to identify these American species. The other "buzzard" (the dark brown bird with pale eyes) in your gallery looks like a dark-morphed Red-Tailed Hawk to me, however I am not 100% certain about that one. The different morphs in these birds of prey can easily cause confusion, even among experienced birdwatchers. Regardless of identification, your images remain very beautiful!
