43 stacked early morning natural light exposures at ISO 100 of a crab spider, the first one photographed this year. Phototgraphed on 12.04.2012. Equipment used: Canon EOS 5D Mark II, reversed Schneider-Kreuznach APO-Componon HM 90/4.5 on Nikon PB-6 bellows.

I've underexposed the scene by about -0.5 EV in order to emphasise better the spider's white body. It was a difficult scene to process.

ok, i wanted to say its great but then i read the description - 43 shots and the spider didnt even shake??? ;) what working distance you have got? few meters? ;) i really like those crab spiders, they are lovely, but try to get close, its movement is everything what you get.
